Terms & Conditions
All sea excursions and tours are the responsibility of the captain of the vessel and provided that the weather conditions allow the departure, according to the Port Authority.
The passenger must be at the port of departure 30 minutes earlier. The passenger who loses the departure is not entitled to a refund. Even in the event of delays due to force majeure (eg weather conditions), the passenger is not entitled to compensation.
In case of cancellation 24 hours before the date of the trip, the passenger is entitled to a 50% refund of the fare.
If the trip is not carried out due to weather conditions, the fare is refunded, without any other obligation from the company.
The passenger is prohibited from carrying explosives or any other flammable material.
The company is not responsible for the death of the passenger in case of bodily injury, unless this is due to the negligence of the master and the ship's officers.
